SHIPPING

$6.00 Shipping on all orders less than $100.  Standard shipping is with 3-5 business day delivery, after processing.  Expedited shipping is not available at this time.  All Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.  You will be provided a tracking number via automated email.  Please verify that you have received the email.  Check your Spam folder if you have not received it in 24 hours after order processing. If you have not received it, please contact us via chat or email at info@peonylovelane.com.  

Accurate Information is essential to ensure you receive your items timely.  Please ensure all information is correct.  Peony Love Lane is not responsible for merchandise shipped to an incorrect address.  Once the order is processed changes can not be made to your order or shipping label.

Friday Orders will not be fulfilled and processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

Lost or Stolen Packages ARE NOT the responsibility of Peony Love Lane.  You are responsible for replacement costs.  Contact USPS  or UPS to begin a lost/stolen package claim.

Damaged merchandise caused during shipment is not the responsibility of Peony Love Lane.  Contact USPS or UPS in order to file a claim for damaged goods. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacing the item(s) that were damaged.

Order Processing processing of all orders will being no later than 48 hours of order receipt unless closed for a Holiday before or after the order placement.  A sperate email will be sent to you to notify when your order will start processing.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes things just don’t work out or it just doesn’t fit right.  We get it!  At Peony Love Lane, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your item(s).

In order to begin your return or exchange process, reach out to us at info@peonylovelane.com or go to www.peonylovelane.com and click on the Contact Us page.  Be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.  All returns or exchanges must be authorized.  You will receive a return authorization number and it must be included with your order.  Any order that does not have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be processed and you will be responsible for the re-shipment of the item back to your address. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs in order to return or exchange your item(s).  There will also be a 10% restocking fee, per item, and a $8 restocking fee for shoes.  Your refund (after restocking fees) will be issued to you as in store credit available for you to use on any future purchase.  The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Beauty and Cosmetic Products and Accessories.
  • Holiday/Seasonal Items
  • Any Discounted or Final Sale Item

All products listed above are considered FINAL SALE!  No EXEPTIONS will be made for these items. 

Any customer returning more than 10% of their purchase will have future limits to their return authorizations.
