RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sometimes things just don’t work out or it just doesn’t fit right. We get it! At Peony Love Lane, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your item(s).
In order to begin your return or exchange process, reach out to us at email@example.com or go to www.peonylovelane.com and click on the Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number to expedite the process. All returns or exchanges must be authorized. You will receive a return authorization number and it must be included with your order. Any order that does not have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be processed and you will be responsible for the re-shipment of the item back to your address.
You are responsible for all shipping costs in order to return or exchange your item(s). There will also be a 10% restocking fee, per item, and an $8 restocking fee for shoes. Your refund (after restocking fees) will be issued to you as in store credit available for you to use on any future purchase. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Beauty and Cosmetic Products and Accessories.
- Holiday/Seasonal Items
- Any Discounted or Final Sale Item
All products listed above are considered FINAL SALE! No EXEPTIONS will be made for these items.
Any customer returning more than 10% of their purchase will have future limits to their return authorizations.
